1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. Are your pacifiers BPA-free and safe?

Yes. All Paciora pacifiers are 100% BPA-free, lead-free, phthalate-free, and meet or exceed CPSIA safety standards for the United States.

6. What materials are your pacifiers made from?

We offer two premium options:

  • Soft, medical-grade silicone (durable and easy to clean)
  • Natural rubber (soft and eco-friendly)

7. Are the pacifiers orthodontic?

Yes. Most of our designs feature an orthodontic nipple shape that supports healthy oral and jaw development.

8. What ages are the pacifiers suitable for?

We offer different sizes:

  • 0–6 months
  • 6–18 months
  • 18+ months

9. How do I clean the pacifiers?

We recommend sterilizing before first use. Afterward, wash with warm soapy water or place in a dishwasher (top rack). Avoid harsh chemicals.

10. Do the pacifiers come with a case or clip?

Many sets include a hygienic storage case. Pacifier clips are available as separate products or in bundles.

11. Are the designs safe for babies?

Yes. All pacifiers have ventilation holes, strong shields, and are designed to prevent choking hazards. They are rigorously tested for safety.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
